   4. However, Canada Command maintains working partnerships with civil authorities from various federal and provincial departments, agencies and organizations involved in emergency management, public safety, health and security matters.

   5. Joint Task Force Pacific
   6. Joint Task Force West
   7. Joint Task Force Central

   9. and Joint Task Force Atlantic
   11. The Commander of each regional command has immediate authority to mobilize navy, army and air force personnel to respond to a crisis or emergency situation within their region and to support neighbouring regions, as needed.
   12. These sailors, soldiers, and airmen and women are highly qualified and ready to assist civil authorities when requested.
