Canada Command carries out its responsibilities in close coordination with numerous federal and provincial partners. At the national and regional levels, Canada Command and its Regional Joint Task Forces work hand in hand with numerous departments and agencies.

Some of these are:

• Public Safety Canada;
• Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP);
• Fisheries and Oceans Canada.;
• Canadian Coast Guard;
• Provincial and municipal law enforcement agencies;
• Provincial and territorial emergency measures organizations.
